Crafted by the keen eye of designer, Ian Bruce, the Bruce 22 by Montreal Classic Boatworks combines classic lines with modern construction and reliability. Bruce is best known in the marine industry for designing the Laser sailboat. The Bruce 22 hull was based on an original 22' Jeffrey boat, built in Athens, ON. Myles Jeffrey worked for Chris Craft ahead of going out on his own and building his own line of boats in Eastern, Ontario. The Bruce 22 was offered with both gas and electric power. This 2009 example features a Mercruiser 5.7L V8 engine. Fiberglass hull and covering boards, mahogany decks, cockpit sole, and dash. Very nice fit and finish and the butterscotch upholstery ties the aesthetic together well. Plenty of seating and the full-width second row has removable end sections allowing passengers to pass through if desired. Low hours and in good overall condition; she is sold complete with a tandem axle trailer, custom cover, and knotted cotton rope fenders. Ready to enjoy!
