1965 21' Lyman Utility. Current owner has owned the boat for 30 years and has taken exceptional care of it. Always stored under cover for the last 30 years without exception. Over the years the boat has had a new transom, new ribs and bottom planks as needed. 5 coats of Fresh Varnish, Hull Paint, Bilge and Cuddy paint, and Chrome replated in 2023. Was in the water in the summer of 2024 and runs great. Gray Marine Fireball runs great has been rebuilt and has only 440 hours on it since rebuild. The boat also features new Vinyl Flooring and a new Stainless Steel Gas tank. Sits on a galvanized, Tandem axle trailer that is ready for the road. Boat has a complete canvas set up done by Nielsen Canvas including mooring cover, convertible top with side curtains all in excellent condition.
