A beautiful John Hacker design, interpreted and built by Hutchinson Boatworks of Alexandria Bay, NY. This is believed to be the very first 24 foot triple built by Hutchinson for a family in Smuggler's Cove, on the Canadian side of the 1000 Islands. She went through a comprehensive restoration, completed in the Summer of 2021. New no-soak 5200 bottom, most of the hull sides were saved, and new decks, seats, dash, etc were installed. A fresh 454cid Chevrolet V8 engine was installed and she has approximately 50 hours of run time since completion. Custom trailer and custom cover included. Recent fresh varnish completed November 2025. The original family believes that she was used to run liquor during prohibition, and for that reason, she is aptly named, "Bootlegger"! With her current powerplant and 4-blade ACME propeller, "Bootlegger" will run out at 55mph.
