An early and very collectible model built by Duke Boatworks of Port Carling, Ontario; the Playmate model was swift and easy to handle for cottage and island goers. Lapstrake design and traditional inboard configuration. This example was fully restored around 1990 by Ed Skinner and Dukes. She spent most of her life as a rental boat at Dukes and was decommissioned and given to the father of her current owner by Aud Duke as a project. Unique side-steer configuration and powered with an original Buchanan Midget 4 cylinder engine. She had some rib and repair work done 2 years ago but is in nice overall condition and ready to enjoy.
