Originally purchased from a gent on Lake Huron. He was a diver underwater photographer. Jacque Cousteau dove the wrecks of Huron on her...fun fact. Previous owner constructed a hardtop over the original windscreen. Primitive and cobbled. I removed and turned her over and checked all screws. Totally stripped...CPES sealed then 3 coates of primer...then 3 coates of Pettit Bronze. Turned over and removed the entire deck. Some ribs cracked down by the keel where the extreme bend is. Sistered ribs from deck to keel. Removed fuel tank..cleaned. - New Mahogony Deck Fore to Aft - New Mahogony King Plank - Windscreen came off 61 Connie. - Removed rot and replaced bottom board...shortened 6 "... new glass. - New Mahogony Monkey Rails - Steering wheel came off 61 Connie - Chris Craft Dash Throttle installed - Original Shifter installed by Ramsey Bros. - New Batteries and Dual Switch..new wiring throughout. - Clausen Guage restoration. - All seats stripped, restained and finished. - Back seat came out of 61 Connie. Modified so 3 sections lift to access storage. - Depth finder installed - Ceiling boards made from solid mahogony and applied per CC Specs. Hidden behind the bottom board are blue led lights.... very cool at night for soft light. - New weathered teak simulated HD Vinyl flooring. - CC Fishing Pole Holders re-chromed and installed. Topside and Vents etc re-chromed. - Original Fuel Cap and measure stick. - Steps Stripped ....stained...Finished. - Original engine in her was a 327 re-power. Sold it to a Corvette fellow. Found a 283 out of a 61 CC Ranger. Totally rebuilt. Runs great. Only 60 hours since rebuild. Installed Pertonics. Paragon Tranny smooth. New Shaft and refurbished prop. - Installed modern radio with Bluetooth and 4 HQ Marine 10" Speakers. - Rubrails original. Polished and shiny. - Transom Stripped....re-Stained...7 Coats Epifanes. - "Rhapsody" name applied - CC Swim Ladder Installed. - "Chris Craft Sea Skiff" re-chromed. - New Bimini and accents
