This 1937 16' Chris Craft Red, White & Blue Special Raceboat is in exceptional condition. Barrelback design and the first year of production; only 167 of these boats were built between 1937 and 1940. Sold complete with a custom sunbrella cover and custom single axle trailer. Beautifully restored with a no-soak 5200 bottom. Original Chris Craft KBL 131hp triple carbureted engine runs well and was fully rebuilt by Ted Cartner. Approximately 15 hours of run time since completed. All gauges work. Antique fire extinguisher included for show purposes. Hull number is 42065. This is a strong running, turn-key boat that is ready to show and enjoy! These 16' Racers are an absolute blast to run and draw attention wherever they go!
